How Quickly we Ship

All orders typically ship either same day or 48 hours after the order is placed. Sometimes it can take longer for special requests, if we have a sale, or holiday.
Order Changes after Purchase.

Please note that we might not be able to change the order after it is placed due to how quick our turnaround time is. If you have not received a shipping confirmation you can email customerservice@maxmotive.com with subject line “CHANGE TO ORDER” We cannot guarantee it can be changed. If your order has already shipped please see our exchange page.

Some items will require customer purchased shipping arrangements to be made outside of the order itself. If you purchase an item that requires special shipping our team will be in touch to coordinate.
