Vintage Pennzoil Theme Wheel Balancer

Vintage wheel balancer that has been restored in a Pennzoil color theme.  The Pennzoil logo is a vinyl decal, and the pinstriping is done in paint.  The lever still moves left to right, and the top of the machine where the bubble balancer rests can still be removed.  Overall sharp looking piece, does have a few marks from being on display the last 5 years in our dealership office.
